Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Dravonta LLC ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility at 2387 Industrial Blvd Sarasota, FL 34234, United States. Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and prepare your items for shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Once processed, orders are shipped via standard ground services and typically arrive within 3–5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Accurate Shipping Information

Dravonta LLC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
Damaged or Lost Shipments

Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
Return Shipping
Dravonta LLC provides a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. You will not be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once you receive the label, print it, attach it to your securely packaged item, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspecting Your Return & Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
Dravonta LLC does not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process for the item you no longer want and place a new order for the preferred item. This ensures you receive the correct product promptly.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns that meet our policy requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by us, or are returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
