30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable. Do not send items back without prior authorization.


Return Shipping

Dravonta LLC provides a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. You will not be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once you receive the label, print it, attach it to your securely packaged item, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.


Inspecting Your Return & Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility (2387 Industrial Blvd Sarasota, FL 34234, United States), we will notify you via email about the receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 48 hours is preferred) at support@dravonta.com or +1 941-371-9091. Include photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no extra charge.


Exchanges

Dravonta LLC does not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process for the item you no longer want and place a new order for the preferred item. This ensures you receive the correct product promptly.


No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns that meet our policy requirements.


Non-Returnable Items

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by us, or are returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
